Rocky Relationship W/ Dad Leads To Sage Stallone Suicide?

Is Rocky’s Rocky Relationship W/ Sage Stallone to Blame for Intended Fatal Drug Overdose? The Curse of The Stallone Family Exposed? HSK is learning more details surrounding the death of Sylvester Stallone’s 36-year-old son, Sage, which could point to suicide as being Sage Stallone’s real cause of death. Sources exclusively tell HSK that, Sage Stallone was living with extreme depression that was deeply affected by a nearly ten-year long non-existent relationship with his famous father. It’s a situation that some members of the Stallone family have not been quite about. Earlier this month the actor’s 18-year-old nephew – Edd Filiti, son of Stallone’s half-sister, Toni Ann – recently took to Facebook to out Sylvester Stallone as being a deadbeat dad (as captured here by Celebuzz). This after his now deceased son made a number of failed attempts to contact his father on his 66th birthday. Here’s what Edd Filiti had to say to Sly: “What did he do wrong, say happy birthday? Neither you [Stallone’s wife Jennifer Flavin] or he could return a phone call, which is all he wanted, his father. I know you don’t care what happened, but you’ll care when you’re squirming under the burning magnifying glass of public opinion. You people make me f***ing sick.” Sources say it may have been several days before Sage Stallone’s lifeless body was discovered, July 13th, inside his Studio City home. Though reports point to the 36-year-old’s death as being an accidental drug overdose – with bottles prescription drugs uncovered at the site of the scene – insiders say the aspiring star had no history of drug or alcohol use. Here’s what Sage Stallone’s attorney, George Braunstein, had to say: “Sage was a really young, very sensitive, and very talented kid. He never had any serious health problems” and no “history of drug or alcohol abuse.” Insiders reveal Sage Stallone yearned to follow in his famous father’s footsteps, but that’s something that Sylvester Stallone may not have wanted. That’s because the man best known for his on screen character, Rocky Balboa, may have secretly been jealous of his son – refusing to pass the torch. They say that’s why Sage Stallone’s appearances on the silver screen were seldom – playing Rocky Balboa’s son in “Rocky 5″ in 1990 and appearing in the movie “Daylight” with his father. His last stab at the entertainment business was back in 2006, when he directed the short film “Vic.” The tragedy of Sage Stallone’s death isn’t the first time the Stallone family has faced turmoil. Back in March of this year – less than one year after losing Sylvester Stallone’s father, Frank, to cancer – his half-sister Toni Ann was diagnosed with advanced long cancer. Now, sources reveal Sylvester Stallone himself may be battling a serious illness of his own – leading some to say the Stallone family is a cursed one.
