NBA All Star, Jason Kidd was arrested this morning for DUI after crashing his car into a telephone pole. Reports claim that, Kidd was the only person involved with the accident, which police allege happened around 1:56 AM. Police on the scene described Kidd as “being intoxicated.”
Kidd was taken to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries. After being released from the hospital, he was transported to the local police station for processing.
Cops say Kidd was then arraigned on a misdemeanor DUI charges in the Southampton Town Justice Court and later released on his own recognizance.
Jason Kidd sets a fine example for his daughter, Cheyenne to follow.
