Kat Stacks, whose real name is Andrea Harrera-Carden, who was made infamous after collaborating in the fraud scheme dreamed up by Worldstarhiphop founder Que, has used up her last appeal. Know why? Because an immigration Judge has ordered the groupie be immediately removed and sent back to her home country of Venezuela.
You may remeber that Stacks was arrested back in November 2010 and charged with being an unlawful citizen in the United States. Stacks was never cleared for bond eligibility and has remained in custody for over 18 months now.
“Her last immigration hearing was held on June 21, 2011 and the judge ordered immediate removal/deportation back to Venezuela. She took to her Twitter to speak her mind on what her next move is, saying “ima keep appealing my case until these bitches release me.”
