Cuba Gooding Jr. Wanted for Misdemeanor Battery

New Orleans police have issued an arrest warrant for Cuba Gooding Jr. Sources say cops are looking to charge the 44-year-old actor with misdemeanor battery, after Gooding shoved a female, Bourbon Street bartender.
The alleged incident happened just after 3 a.m., Tuesday morning in the French Quarter at The Old Absinthe House.
Cuba Gooding Jr., who is in Cajun Country to shoot “The Butler“, which is an historical drama.

“According to the New Orleans Police Department, no arrests were made at the scene.
Allegedly, Cuba Gooding Jr. became enraged and started cursing after several patrons at the bar began snapping photos of him; he then allegedly shoved a female bartender twice after she asked him to leave the bar.”
