Joe Jackson Claims “Michael Jackson’s Will is a Forgery”

Several of Michael Jackson’s siblings may take legal action against the executors of late King of Pop’s estate. In a scathing letter recently sent by the Jackson’s to John Branca and John McClain, charges of fraud, forgery and abuse of their mother, Katherine Jackson, are listed – in addition to a threat of legal action against the pair. This before blaming the actions of Branca and McClain on sparking Katherine Jackson to suffer a mini-stroke. The letter was drawn up and signed by Janet, Jermaine, Tito, Randy and Rebbie. Jackie, Marlon, La Toya, Joe, and Katherine did not sign the letter. Here’s what Joe Jackson had to say to HSK about the situation: “Stacksmagmedia, there’s a lot of suspicion surrounding my son’s will. Something fishy is going on and we’re trying to get to the bottom of it. My family and I believe Michael’s will was forged.”
